About The Position

Warby Parker is hiring a self-motivated Sales Supervisor for a new store opening. Sales Supervisors help create excellent customer experiences through face-to-face interactions, communicate the company’s story and mission, and contribute to process improvement and special projects. The role is also referred to as a Keyholder at some other brands. The Sales Supervisor helps lead store selling and front-of-house operations, supports team touch-bases when a manager is not present, and opens and closes the store. The position calls for professional customer-focused retail experience, management experience, strong communication skills, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial, service-minded approach.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver high-quality customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and pride in one's work.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
