About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand, help create an enjoyable glasses-shopping experience, contribute ideas to improve retail processes, and take part in special projects. This position is for the Pittsford Plaza new store opening.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including in unexpected situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
