About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. Similar roles at other brands may be called Keyholder. Sales Supervisors contribute to the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, improving processes, and participating in special projects. The role also provides floor leadership and oversees front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus at least 6 months in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and pride in one's work.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice.
Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience.
Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
Open and close the store.
