About The Position

Warby Parker is hiring a Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences in its retail stores. The role contributes to business success through direct customer interactions, sharing the company’s story and mission, improving processes, and participating in special projects. Sales Supervisors help maintain an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment and lead store-floor selling and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present. They also open and close the store and help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and pride in one’s work.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers.

Demonstrate product knowledge and provide thoughtful, honest style advice.
Develop innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience.
Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
Open and close the store.
Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Contribute to process ideation and improvement and participate in special projects.
