About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create excellent customer experiences and contribute to the success of its retail business through direct customer interactions. The role shares Warby Parker’s story and mission on the sales floor and contributes to process ideation, improvement, and special projects. Sales Supervisors help maintain an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment and lead selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present. They also open and close the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented, with a passion for helping customers and teammates.
Pride in work and self-motivation to be a top performer.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
