About The Position

As a Market Delivery Supervisor at Lowe's, you lead a market-based team responsible for delivery operations and help ensure customers receive exceptional delivery service. You manage and coach Cross-Dock Terminal (XDT) associates, oversee productivity and performance, and support the efficient movement and reconciliation of inventory. The role includes managing schedules and daily tasks, resolving customer escalations and same-day delivery issues, and working with third-party delivery and logistics partners, supply chain teams, distribution nodes, and store operations. You also help audit the business, analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and foster a positive, engaged team environment.

Requirements

• Five years of supply chain leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective problem-solving, change leadership, communication, and team-orientation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Two years of supply chain leadership experience (as stated under Preferred Qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Oversee market-based delivery operations, team performance management, and analysis of call metrics to identify process improvements.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Motivate and manage associates, and create and promote daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers about escalated issues, lead problem-solving efforts, and improve customer delivery experiences.
• Solve operational problems, audit the business, identify trends, and collaborate with third-party delivery providers.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Lead and influence others to deliver business results using knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and Call Center processes.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, Lowe's Supply Chain teams, distribution nodes, and store operations to support operational excellence.
• Communicate delivery successes, opportunities, and recommended solutions regularly.
• Maintain dialogue with third-party logistics vendor partners to address and resolve claims and complaints related to in-home customer deliveries.
• Engage with the warehouse to support associate engagement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
