About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences at its retail locations. The role involves sharing the company’s story and mission with customers, contributing to process improvements and special projects, and helping maintain an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment. Sales Supervisors provide thoughtful product knowledge and style advice and lead store-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present. They also open and close the store and help foster a respectful, inclusive culture for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver strong customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and commitment to high performance.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
