About The Position

The Sales Associate drives sales on the retail floor by helping customers with their buying experience and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves taking ownership of personal sales and performance goals, applying Purple’s sales strategy and values, and contributing to the store’s success and profitability. Associates are encouraged to develop their selling skills and product knowledge in a positive work environment. This is a seasonal, part-time position expected to end on January 15, 2027; the end date may change based on business needs. The position is expected to work approximately 15–29 hours per week, with actual hours varying based on business needs. Compensation is $15.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
