About The Position
Smart Hyundai is hiring motivated Sales Specialists to grow with its team as it prepares to move into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Fall 2026. As part of the family-owned Gurley Leep Automotive Family, which has 24 locations across five states, employees can build a career in a growing organization that values its people and promotes from within. Sales Specialists welcome guests, help them find vehicles suited to their lifestyle and budget, and build relationships through transparent communication and trust. They follow up after sales to encourage long-term customer loyalty. The role is suited to driven, energetic people who enjoy working with others and are willing to learn.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable, clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Two to five years of dealership experience preferred.
- Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn.
