About The Position

Smart Hyundai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing dealership at a newly built showroom. The role supports an exceptional car-buying experience by arranging vehicle financing and leasing, offering protection products, coordinating with lenders and the sales team, and completing compliant deal documentation. Smart Hyundai is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned company with 24 locations across five states.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive finance experience, including dealership F&I experience.
• Working knowledge of lending, leasing, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license.
• A team-first attitude and commitment to integrity.

Responsibilities

• Structure and present vehicle financing, leasing, and protection products to customers clearly, honestly, and professionally.
• Work with a network of lenders to secure approvals and competitive rates.
• Prepare and complete accurate deal documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Partner with the sales team to keep deals moving and customers satisfied.
• Build customer trust so customers feel confident in their purchase and are eager to return.
• Help meet and exceed dealership goals for finance performance and customer satisfaction.
