About The Position

Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated finance professional to join its team. The Finance Manager helps customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases, structures sales to support profitability, and manages deal submissions, lender approvals, credit decisions, and closing. The role also ensures deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines, audits completed deals for accuracy and improvement opportunities, and helps ensure contracts are funded promptly. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and analyze them for improvements.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
