About The Position

Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated finance professional to help customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases and ensure deals are structured for profitability and compliance. The Finance Manager desks deals, submits them to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes deals, audits completed sales, identifies improvements, and ensures contracts are funded promptly. The role includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for purchases.
• Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals and submit them to lenders for approval.
• Make credit decisions and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the prompt funding of all contracts.
