About The Position
A high-volume, family-owned dealership is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team. The role offers a proven process, consistent customer traffic, professional support, and opportunities for growth. The stated annual earning potential is $150,000–$250,000+. The Finance Manager secures financing options, presents finance and insurance products, maximizes profitability while complying with regulations, builds customer and lender relationships, and leads and collaborates with the sales team on finance best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of dealership F&I experience; required.
- Strong closing ability and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Compliance-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy, motivation, and readiness to work as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to commute to Marlton, NJ 08053; preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Marlton, NJ 08053 before starting work; preferred.
