About The Position

Ford Hyundai of Kirkland is seeking a driven Finance Manager to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership. The Finance Manager guides customers through financing options suited to their needs while supporting dealership performance and profitability. The position is part of Gee Automotive Companies and offers a collaborative environment, training, leadership support, and career development. This is a full-time, commission-based position with a four-day work week.

Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role in a dealership environment.
Deep knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Own the finance and insurance (F&I) process, guiding customers through financing, warranties, and protection products.
Structure deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
Clearly explain financing terms, contracts, and payment options to customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations and policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless, positive customer experience.
Keep current with industry trends, lending programs, and new products.
Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation.
