About The Position

Ford Hyundai of Kirkland is seeking a driven Finance Manager for a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership. The role leads the finance and insurance process, advising customers on financing options, warranties, and protection products while helping meet customer needs and maximize dealership profitability. The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team and financial institutions to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure accurate, compliant transactions. The position offers a four-day work week, ongoing training and coaching, and career development within Gee Automotive Companies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive Finance Manager or in a similar dealership role.
• Deep knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance and insurance process, guiding customers through financing, warranties, and protection products.
• Structure deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Explain financing terms, contracts, and payment options to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Keep current with industry trends, lending programs, and new products.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
