About The Position
Smart Hyundai is seeking motivated Sales Specialists to join its team as it prepares to move into a new state-of-the-art facility in Fall 2026. The role offers an opportunity to build a career within Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned company with 24 locations across five states that promotes from within. Sales Specialists welcome guests, help them find vehicles suited to their lifestyles and budgets, and build relationships through transparency, communication, and trust. They also follow up after the sale to foster long-term customer loyalty. Sales or hospitality experience is a plus, while a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- 2–5 years of dealership experience preferred.
- Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn.
