About The Position

Requirements

1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience.
Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Own professional set of tools.

Nice To Haves

Hyundai technician experience.
Experience working with multiple vehicle makes and models.
ASE certifications.
Manufacturer factory training.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
Inspect vehicles and recommend repairs based on their condition.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
Communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations to Service Advisors.
Coordinate with technicians and dealership departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
Help ensure repairs are accurate, safe, and completed on schedule.
Maintain professional, customer-focused conduct.
Maintain high standards for workmanship, accuracy, and productivity.
Stay current with automotive technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer training.
Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
