About The Position

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is hiring Automotive Service Technicians to join its growing service team. The role is in a high-volume service department with consistent work and competitive flat-rate pay, offering technicians the opportunity to earn, develop their skills, and pursue advancement. The position uses modern equipment and technology and is supported by a management team.

Technicians diagnose and repair customer vehicles, perform maintenance and inspections, and complete mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. They also conduct multi-point inspections, work with Service Advisors to keep customers informed, and follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards.

Requirements

• Automotive repair experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
