About The Position
Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is hiring Automotive Service Technicians for its growing service team. The position is in a high-volume service department with consistent work and competitive flat-rate pay. Technicians will diagnose and repair customer vehicles, perform maintenance and inspections, and complete mechanical and electrical repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. The role offers opportunities for paid training, career development, and advancement.
Requirements
- Automotive repair experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles.
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Perform multi-point inspections.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards.
