About The Position

Larson Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Service Cashier to join its service department. This entry-level role is suited to someone who values accuracy, enjoys working with people, and is interested in building a long-term career within a growing automotive group. As the final point of contact for service customers, the cashier helps deliver a positive and professional customer experience. The role also supports the service team with administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
Accurately process service and parts invoices.
Accept and record cash, check, and credit card payments.
Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and mail processing.
Provide backup reception coverage and answer incoming calls as needed.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Support the service team with additional duties as assigned.
