About The Position

AutoNation Ford Arapahoe is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Sales Retail Associate to help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and support the dealership’s sales goals. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, building customer relationships, following up consistently, and using AutoNation’s sales resources to identify leads and close deals. Associates can access nationwide new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, a best-in-class CRM, equity-mining tools, and relationships with more than 30 lenders.

This is an on-site, commission-based position with a competitive commission pay plan available from the start. AutoNation provides hands-on, digital, and classroom training to support associates’ growth and advancement. The stated average pay is $3,000–$8,000+ per month. The position will remain open until filled.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
