About The Position

AutoNation Ford Arapahoe is hiring an experienced Sales Retail Associate to help customers find vehicles and support AutoNation’s customer-focused car-buying experience. The role offers access to nationwide vehicle inventory, customer financing relationships, CRM and equity-mining tools, and a supportive sales team. Associates may pursue career paths into finance, management, and other opportunities across AutoNation.

The position is commission-based, with an average pay of $3,000–$8,000+ per month. Experienced associates can begin on the commission pay plan right away. AutoNation provides hands-on, digital, and classroom training to support employees’ development and advancement. The role is on-site and will remain open until filled.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
