About The Position

The Sales Representative engages with inbound callers to understand their connectivity needs and recommend solutions across EchoStar’s TV, internet, and wireless products. The role includes handling objections, communicating the long-term value of Starlink and EchoStar products, tracking daily performance metrics, and building customer trust through transparent interactions. The position is on-site at 3 ADP Boulevard, Roseland, New Jersey. It offers a $20.50 hourly base rate plus uncapped commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $70,000 per year and top performers earning $100,000 or more in total annual compensation. Paid training is provided at the regular hourly base rate. Performance-based milestones may enable employees to advance two title levels within 12 months, with corresponding increases in base pay.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Willingness to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Competitive drive, resilience, and motivation to earn through uncapped commissions.
Persuasive communication skills and ability to understand customer needs and explain product value.

Nice To Haves

Prior call center or sales experience; it is not required.
