About The Position

The Sales Representative (Relief Large Format) sells and merchandises PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, to local large-format retail accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants. The role serves as a relief store-level salesperson and key point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting sales growth, product distribution, merchandising standards, and customer service. The representative takes inventory and places orders for future delivery, rotates and stocks products in stores, coolers, displays, and backrooms, and executes promotions by setting up materials such as pricing signs and banners. The position involves working across multiple store locations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training includes both hands-on and classroom instruction. The role is based in Clackamas, Oregon, pays $29.41 per hour, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a car to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
Be able to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds, with or without accommodation.
Be able to stand, walk, reach, and squat while merchandising products, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the relief store-level salesperson and key point of contact for large-format accounts, including supermarkets and mass merchants.
Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in assigned accounts.
Take inventory and place product orders for future delivery.
Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, in coolers, and in backrooms to meet merchandising standards.
Sell and execute promotions, including setting up pricing signs, banners, and other promotional materials.
Build strong relationships with store management, grow sales and space allocation, build displays, and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
