About The Position

Fiserv is hiring a Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role promotes Clover, a cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solution, to restaurant owners and other business operators. It is a 100% hunter, field-based position involving travel within the Philadelphia area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations. The representative identifies prospects, demonstrates Clover solutions, closes sales, and installs and trains clients on the systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment, particularly with small- to medium-sized clients.
• At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
• At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Proficient technical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Initiate face-to-face conversations with business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how it can streamline operations and boost revenue.
• Use product knowledge and consultative selling strategies to educate prospective customers about POS systems and online ordering platforms, convert leads, and build client relationships.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to support integration and use.
• Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
• Travel within the Philadelphia, PA area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
