About The Position

RoyPow USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell lithium batteries for forklifts to customers across various industries. The role works closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of lithium batteries is preferred. The position is based at the California office and customer sites.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in related industries.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of lithium batteries and assist with product selection.
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote products and build relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales activity records in the CRM, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results.
