About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring a Driver to operate company vehicles and deliver products to customers while providing quality service. The role also supports branch operations by loading and unloading products, maintaining property and store cleanliness, and working with teammates and branch leadership. Drivers use in-vehicle dash cameras that must remain on during working time and follow SiteOne safety and security protocols. The work includes lifting and managing heavy objects and working in hot and cold weather.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to regularly bend, lift up to 50 pounds, stretch, and reach below the waist and above the head.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Driving experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products is a plus.
• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Perform duties within safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in all weather conditions.
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to the driver.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively affect business performance.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and perform other general duties when not driving.
• Keep in-vehicle dash cameras unobstructed and operating during working time; cameras may be turned off during off-duty time.
• Follow SiteOne safety and security protocols, including required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.
