About The Position

As part of SiteOne Landscape Supply’s dedicated team, Drivers operate company vehicles to deliver products and provide customer service. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products arrive undamaged, and working with teammates to support branch operations. Drivers use in-vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time, to support driver, workforce, and public safety. Cameras may be turned off during off-duty time.

Drivers also help maintain store cleanliness and perform general duties when not driving. The work involves physical tasks, including lifting and managing heavy objects, and working in hot and cold weather. Drivers must follow applicable transportation regulations and SiteOne safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., stretching, and reaching below the waist and above the head.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Driving experience.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products.
• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Perform job duties within safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in all weather conditions.
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to the employee.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and perform other general duties while not driving.
• Keep in-vehicle dash cameras unobstructed and operating during working time.
• Follow SiteOne safety and security protocols, including required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.
