About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply Drivers operate company vehicles to deliver products and customer service. They load and unload trucks, ensure products arrive undamaged, and work with teammates to support successful branch operations. The role uses in-vehicle dash cameras to support driver, workforce, and public safety and to assist in critical situations. Cameras must not be obstructed or interfered with and must remain on during working time; they may be turned off during off-duty time.

Drivers follow applicable transportation regulations and SiteOne safety and security protocols, perform general branch duties when not driving, and maintain and protect company property. The work includes lifting and managing heavy objects and working in hot and cold weather. Conversational English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., stretching, and reaching below the waist and above the head.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Driving experience.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products.
• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Perform job duties within SiteOne safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in all weather conditions.
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to the employee.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working that positively affect business performance.
• Assist with store cleanliness and other general duties when not driving.
• Do not obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras; keep them on during working time, with cameras permitted to be turned off during off-duty time.
• Follow SiteOne safety and security protocols, including required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.
