About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring a Driver to operate company vehicles and deliver products to customers while providing high-quality service. Drivers load and unload trucks, help ensure branch operations run successfully, and follow transportation regulations and company safety protocols. The role uses in-vehicle dash cameras to support driver, workforce, and public safety; cameras must remain on during working time and may be turned off while off duty.

The position also includes lifting and handling heavy objects, working in hot and cold weather, maintaining entrusted property, and helping keep the store clean when not driving. Drivers partner with branch leadership to adopt technologies and ways of working that support business performance.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to regularly bend, lift up to 50 lbs., stretch, and reach below the waist and above the head.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Driving experience.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products.
• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Perform job duties within safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in all weather conditions.
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and perform other general duties while not driving.
• Keep in-vehicle dash cameras unobstructed and operating during working time; cameras may be turned off during off-duty time.
• Adhere to SiteOne safety and security protocols, including required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.
