About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring a Driver to deliver products and provide customer service using SiteOne vehicles. Drivers load and unload trucks, ensure products arrive undamaged, and work with teammates to help the branch operate successfully. The position uses in-vehicle dash cameras to support driver, workforce, and public safety; cameras must remain on during working time and may be turned off while off duty.

Drivers must follow applicable transportation regulations and SiteOne safety and security protocols. The role includes lifting and managing heavy objects and working in hot and cold weather. When not driving, drivers may help maintain store cleanliness and perform other general duties. Drivers also partner with branch leadership to learn and implement new technologies and ways of working.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lift up to 50 pounds, stretch, and reach below the waist and above the head.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Driving experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products.
• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries.
• Make deliveries and ensure products arrive undamaged.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Perform job duties within safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects and working in all weather conditions.
• Maintain and protect all entrusted property.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with store cleanliness and other general duties when not driving.
• Keep in-vehicle dash cameras unobstructed and operating during working time, and follow SiteOne safety and security protocols.
