About The Position

PepsiCo is hiring a Sales Representative to sell and merchandise beverages including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to local stores. The representative serves as the primary store-level salesperson for large format accounts, such as supermarkets and mass merchants, helping ensure communities can access products safely and on time. The role is based in San Fernando, California, and the listed schedule is Monday through Friday, from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay is $813.56 per week. The position includes hands-on and classroom on-the-job training. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role spent on the go for most of the day, involving merchandising and moving products. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a car to access multi-store locations within the assigned shift.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must be able to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 lbs, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and squat while merchandising products, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary store-level salesperson for large format accounts, including supermarkets and mass merchants.
Generate sales by building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and providing exceptional customer service.
Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers and vending equipment, and in customers’ backrooms.
Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies.
Execute displays, builds, and promotions.
