About The Position

Exploria Resorts is hiring a full-time Sales Representative at Pocono Mountain Villas in the Poconos, Pennsylvania. The representative conducts face-to-face presentations in the resort sales center, builds rapport with prospective owners and guests, and communicates the benefits of traveling with Exploria Resorts. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company, and ongoing paid training is provided. No timeshare experience is required. The role offers an aggressive compensation plan with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for professional growth and development. The position requires weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Offer and sell the Exploria Resort experience to guests.
• Update and provide various sales options to Club Exploria Resort members.
• Present the advantages of becoming a Club Exploria Owner.
• Build rapport and trust with guests in both the representative and the company.
• Discover guests’ needs and interests.
• Overcome guest objections and meet sales standards.
• Follow Exploria Resorts’ front-line sales process to conduct presentations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
