About The Position

Opendoor is rebuilding the home buying and selling experience to provide homeowners and prospective homeowners with more certainty, choice, and less friction. Its Resale Listing Partners are licensed real estate professionals who serve as the primary point of contact for buyer’s agents from offer through close on Opendoor-owned homes. They negotiate on behalf of Opendoor, coordinate with internal teams and title partners, and help ensure smooth, on-time closings and a strong agent and buyer experience. Opendoor is building a remote Listing Partner team in Georgia for professionals with an active Georgia real estate license. The role focuses on learning Opendoor’s playbook, mastering its tools, and building negotiation and communication skills. Training, clear processes, and coaching are provided to support employees as they ramp up to manage a high volume of listings and contracts. The position is full-time, with flexibility needed during peak-volume periods and required weekend coverage. Listing Partners collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and performance is assessed through a balanced scorecard that includes conversion, fallthroughs, negotiation outcomes, title attach, time from pending to close, and customer experience. The company offers performance-based incentive pay, training, tools, coaching, and a benefits package that includes health coverage and other company programs.
