About The Position

Opendoor is rebuilding how people buy and sell homes with more certainty, choice, and less friction. Its Resale Listing Partners are licensed real estate professionals who serve as the primary point of contact for buyer’s agents from offer through close on Opendoor-owned homes. They negotiate on behalf of Opendoor as the seller, coordinate with internal teams and title partners, and help deliver smooth, on-time closings and a strong agent and buyer experience. Opendoor is building a remote Listing Partner team in New York for professionals with an active New York real estate license. The role focuses on learning Opendoor’s playbook, mastering its tools, and developing negotiation and communication skills. Training, clear processes, and coaching are provided to support the ramp-up to handling a high volume of listings and contracts. The role is full-time, with flexibility needed during peak volume periods and required weekend coverage. Listing Partners collaborate with internal and external partners and are assessed using a balanced scorecard that includes conversion, fallthroughs, negotiation outcomes, title attach, pend-to-close time, and customer experience. The position offers performance-based incentive pay, training, tools, coaching, and a benefits package that includes health coverage and other company programs.
