About The Position

Ibex Beckley is hiring an onsite Customer Support and Sales Representative to support customers and promote satellite internet services through inbound interactions. The representative will help customers with service and equipment needs, explain product features, recommend suitable plans and hardware, and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience. Paid training is provided, and the role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Handle inbound interactions to provide customer support and promote satellite internet services.
Help customers activate equipment, reset passwords, manage service plans, and obtain general information.
Complete service order requests and negotiate when needed.
Create a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and attention to customer concerns.
Explain product benefits, including speed, reliability, installation details, and service availability.
Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and quality metrics.
Process orders accurately, update customer information, and document interactions.
Collaborate with leaders and trainers to improve product knowledge.
