About The Position

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a proactive, community-minded Onsite Representative to serve as its representative at a client facility. The role supports smooth workforce operations and builds strong relationships with the client, branch, and onsite workforce. The position includes employee check-ins, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, onboarding, orientation, training, performance support, reporting, and workplace safety and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• Familiarity with the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the client, the branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to support satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
