The Onsite Representative-Material Handler manages and replenishes line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at assigned customer locations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role ensures materials are available, accurately inventoried, safely handled, and delivered to support continuous production. It requires attention to chemical safety, inventory accuracy, regulatory and customer-site compliance, and effective communication with customer and internal support teams. The representative monitors and processes replenishment orders; receives, verifies, distributes, packages, and transports materials; organizes line-side and warehouse storage; and maintains inventory records and reports. The position also conducts chemical replenishment and scans, minor inventory counts, picking operations for supported BAE Systems factories, and upkeep of chemical storage areas. Materials may include frozen and ambient chemicals, chemical drums, totes, parts, and other supplies. The role follows chemical handling standards, PPE requirements, and site safety protocols, and maintains compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA. The representative works with production, engineering, EHS, and internal teams to coordinate needs, address supply or quality concerns, and identify process or safety improvements. Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities—including overtime, weekends, or holidays—may be needed to meet customer demands. Incora describes its values as Courage, Collaboration, Commitment, and Community, and emphasizes taking ownership, sharing knowledge, meeting customer expectations, and valuing the community. The posting notes that duties and requirements may change with business needs and that the description is not an exhaustive list.
