About The Position
The Onsite Representative serves as Ōnin Staffing’s representative at a client facility and helps ensure workforce operations run smoothly. The role builds relationships with the client and onsite workforce, supports daily staffing operations, and contributes to employee and client satisfaction and performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and help others succeed.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the client, the branch, and the onsite workforce.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to support satisfaction and performance.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
