The role involves meeting virtually with individuals and families, identifying client needs, presenting insurance solutions, conducting virtual presentations, following up with clients, building long-term relationships, and participating in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Comfortable working with people and building relationships
- Willingness to learn a new industry and develop sales skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license
