About The Position

Fisher Organization is expanding its remote team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Benefits Representatives. In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families, learn about their needs, explain available benefit and life insurance solutions, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development to help you build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and comfortable working with people
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• No previous insurance experience required — training is provided
