About The Position

Fisher Organization is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team and leadership development track. This opportunity begins with mastering the fundamentals of sales, client relationships, and our business systems. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, communication, and leadership ability can earn opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop toward leadership. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Interest in professional growth and leadership development
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license

Nice To Haves

Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, recruiting, or previous leadership experience can be helpful, but is not required.
Previous sales or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
No insurance experience required — training is provided

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with individuals and families
Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Learn and follow a structured sales process
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
Work toward individual performance and development goals
As you progress, develop the skills needed to mentor and support others
