About The Position

Fisher Organization is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team. This opportunity is designed for people who want to develop strong sales skills, work directly with families, and have the opportunity to advance into leadership. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a structured development process.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain a state life insurance license
