Remote Sales Rep — $100K–$300K, Mentorship Included
About The Position
Work remotely with people who have already requested information about life insurance, communicating over phone and Zoom. Understand their needs and match them with suitable coverage from more than 60 carriers. Each new agent is paired with an experienced mentor who helps with initial live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. The role is 1099 and pays 100% commission with no cap. The posting states average earnings of $800–$1,200 per policy and that full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year, with daily or weekly pay plus bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
