Remote Sales Rep — $100K–$300K, Mentorship Included
About The Position
This is a fully remote sales role working with people who have already requested information about life insurance. Agents speak with clients by phone and Zoom, understand their needs, and match them with coverage from more than 60 carriers. New agents are paired with an experienced mentor who helps with initial live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and that full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year. Pay is made daily or weekly, with bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Bozeman, Montana area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
