Remote Sales Rep — $100K–$300K, Mentorship Included
About The Position
This is a fully remote life insurance sales role working with people who have already requested information about life insurance. Sales are conducted over the phone and Zoom. The representative learns about each customer's needs and matches them with coverage from more than 60 carriers. New agents are paired with an experienced mentor who supports their first live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. The role is 1099 and compensated entirely by commission, with no cap. Average compensation is $800–$1,200 per policy. Requirements
- Live in the United States.
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Be available full-time, about 40 hours per week.
