About The Position
Work with people who have already requested information about life insurance, communicating by phone and Zoom. Understand their needs and match them with coverage from more than 60 carriers. Each new agent is paired with an experienced mentor who supports first live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. The role is fully remote. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. Average earnings are $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year, with daily or weekly pay plus bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must hold a Life and Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Available to work full time, about 40 hours per week.
