About The Position
Work with people who have already requested information about life insurance, communicating over phone and Zoom. Understand their needs and match them with coverage from more than 60 carriers. New agents are paired with an experienced mentor who helps with their first live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap, averaging $800–$1,200 per policy. The posting states that full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year, are paid daily or weekly, and may receive bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the New York, NY area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
