Remote Sales Rep — $100K–$300K, Mentorship Included
About The Position
This fully remote sales role involves working with people who have already requested information about life insurance. Sales representatives speak with prospective customers over the phone and Zoom, understand their needs, and match them with coverage from more than 60 carriers. Each new agent is paired with an experienced mentor who assists with initial live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. The position is 1099 and pays 100% commission with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and says full-time agents typically earn $100,000–$300,000+ in their first year. Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
