Remote Sales Rep — $100K–$300K, Mentorship Included
About The Position
Work with people who have already requested information about life insurance, communicating over the phone and Zoom. Understand their needs and match them with coverage from more than 60 carriers. New agents are paired with an experienced mentor who assists with initial live calls, reviews conversations, and answers questions. The role is fully remote. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states that the average is $800–$1,200 per policy and that full-time agents typically earn $100,000 to $300,000+ in their first year. Payment is daily or weekly, with bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Ames, Iowa area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
